2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted under the following conditions within 7 days of delivery:
- Package delivered was physically damaged or tampered with during transit.
- Wrong product or variant was delivered.
- Product seal was broken upon initial unboxing.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo or unboxing video showing the damaged package or wrong product received.
- Contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at 63819 26567 or email hiisuvai@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Our team will verify the details within 24 hours and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- For online payments (UPI / Net Banking), refunds will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm / Bank Transfer as per your preference.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp (63819 26567). Once an order has been dispatched from our Tirunelveli unit, cancellation is no longer possible.
